In their monthly rollout of updates, Microsoft has patched critical flaws in Microsoft Word and two system components (namely the Color Management Module and the JView Profiler) that affect Windows and Internet Explorer.

Keeping children safe on the Internet

A resource I stumbled across recently was NetAlert, a not-for-profit organisation set up by the Australian Government to help answer people’s questions about safety and privacy on the internet.

The site has a particular emphasis on giving advice to families that are concerned about their children’s safety when online. To help inform and engage people, they have produced a free Internet Safety Information Kit called Keeping children safe on the Internet.  Read more »

All our love and prayers go out to London today after the devastating terrorist attack on the public transport system. At the time of writing, details are still unclear, but it’s obvious that there were hundreds of injured people and estimates of between 7 and 45 killed by at least 4 bomb blasts.

May those affected by the attack and their families find healing and solace in the loving arms of Jesus.
