Free Opera for all
The Opera browser has been fairly quietly gaining its own small slice of the web browser market over the years. It is only now, though, that the browser is being offered free of charge.
Erm… Opera?
No, we’re not talking about large ladies with pigtails on large stages belting out large slabs of Wagner here. The Opera browser is software you can use to browse the web, much like you are currently doing (likely with Firefox or the dreaded Internet Explorer).
It’s fast, secure and free. It offers a different take on the browser interface, which some people prefer over the simpler interface of Firefox and other browsers. All in all, this makes Opera an excellent alternative choice of browser for those who don’t quite dig Firefox’s simple yet highly flexible interface.
If you’d like to try something different, give Opera a try. You may or may not like it (I prefer Firefox myself), but it won’t cost you anything to try!
Blessings, Steve
P.S. The software is currently at version 8.5.
