In case you haven’t noticed, the internet isn’t the safe place it once was.

Once upon a time, anyone could roam around the internet like the park where you used to play as a kid. Being mugged by a virus was pretty rare and all it took to protect yourself was to have an up-to-date virus scanner on your computer. Nowadays, a brand new clean PC is such a target that it’s more than likely that you’ll pick up something nasty simply by connecting to the internet.

One of the main aims of this blog is to try to help people protect themselves from viruses, spyware, trojans and other nasties that prowl the internet looking for computers to ravage. Hopefully we can do this in a way that actually helps people rather than just sprouting tech talk.

It’ll take some time to build up the resources, so bear with me while everything’s being created.

Blessings,
Steve
